Thrive Outdoor Solutions · THRIVEOS application · Last updated July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Thrive Outdoor Solutions (“Thrive,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the THRIVEOS application and website at app.thriveos.com (the “Service”). THRIVEOS is an internal operations tool used by Thrive’s employees and contractors to run scheduling, dispatch, communications, and field work for our irrigation, drainage, and lighting business.

Information we collect

How we use information

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it, including: Jobber (field-service management), Twilio and Vonage (telephony/SMS), Google (maps, workspace, and cloud services), CallRail (lead tracking), and Anthropic (AI used to generate call summaries). We may also disclose information where required by law.

Text messages (SMS) & mobile information

Customers who request or schedule service may consent to receive service and appointment text messages about that work — appointment confirmations and reminders, technician on-the-way notices, scheduling changes, service follow-ups, and replies to questions. Consent is collected directly from the customer (verbally with our office when service is requested, or on our service-request form) and is used only for these transactional, service-related messages.

Message frequency: customers typically receive approximately 2 to 5 messages per service visit. Message and data rates may apply, depending on the customer’s mobile plan. Customers may reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out, and opting out ends further messages.

Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent information is sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf (for example Twilio), solely to send the messages the customer asked for.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.

Security

Access to the Service requires authentication and is restricted by role. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices & rights

THRIVEOS accounts are created and managed by Thrive for its team members. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to request deletion of an account and associated data, contact us using the details below and we will act on your request as required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is intended for business use by Thrive personnel and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
